formatio Private School offers a comprehensive educational programme to kids from age 6 to 19, all the way from primary school to upper secondary school level. Currently about 30 teachers are working with 110 children and adolescents. Its holistic and innovative concept promotes students’ individual strengths, gives courage for personal development and makes them fit for the digital future. formatio Private School’s pioneering school concept has been awarded the European Language Label by the European Commission.

formatio Private School has longstanding and profound knowledge in digital teaching through virtual classroom, and expertise in how to develop digital and/or virtual classrooms and implement a curriculum through virtual teaching.

 

The school was founded in 1995 and is a state-approved school with full public rights. As an Austrian School Abroad, the upper secondary school (Oberstufengymnasium) is part of a network with schools from Istanbul to Guatemala. This brings benefits of exchange reaching from (digital) teaching projects to the possibility of mutual visits for benchmarking.

 

A profile with focus on “Entrepreneurial Education” has been implemented in upper secondary school (Oberstufengymnasium).
